Ken McCartney’s introduction to software development began during his studies at the University of Toronto in the geography labs. After working in the Geographic Information Systems field for 4 years, Ken made the leap to CRM. Clearly in over his head, he is living proof that persistence pays off. Ken has been working on CRM projects now for 5 years. What remaining time is spent herding his 3 very active daughters.

Ken is a member of Toastmasters, and has enjoyed his failed attempts at competitive speaking. Ken speaks fluent Cantonese, or at least he used to. The parts that he remembers best are restaurant menu items and profanity.
