The role of the Senior Salesforce Consultant is to be the trusted advisor and the subject-matter expert for our customers. You must be confident in your expertise and have the customer trust in your recommendations and guidance. The Senior Salesforce Consultant is the main resource driving the implementation for our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Running end-user workshops to gather business requirements
  • Assist in bridging the gap between a customer’s business requirements and functionality requirements for their CRM
  • Understanding technology and how different CRM platforms leverage it in different customer scenarios
  • Communicating effectively and timely with customers to make sure expectations are being set and customers are staying up to date on how their projects are progressing
  • Managing User Stories for the Delivery development team to work on as needed
  • Managing your User Story tickets to make sure they are being groomed and within sprints to be worked on
  • Staying up to date on where your projects stand in terms of time and budget
  • Assist in the configuration of CRM solutions as needed
  • Create end-user documentation for training purposes
  • Managing customer scope-creep and putting together Change Requests when needed
  • Designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in pre-sales activities as a SME (subject-matter expert)
  • Recommending additional products or services when you see a need arise with a customer
  • Assisting sales with putting together SOW’s

  • Comfortable going into multiple types of scenarios or environments with customers
  • Can listen well to a customer’s needs or concerns and communicate them back effectively
  • Good written communication
  • Can simplify a discussion for a customer instead of overcomplicating it
  • Always looking to learn and grow

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role as a Salesforce implementation consultant managing Salesforce projects from start to finish (preferably more than 4 years)
  • Ability to facilitate complex discussions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly detail oriented well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to obtain understand and respond strategically to client needs
  • Certifications in Salesforce products such as but not limited to:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Pardot Consultant
  • CPQ Consultant
  • Project Management experience
  • Leading a team of admins, developers, and analysts
  • Experience in the Property Management or Manufacturing industries
  • Experience with using Jira to manage projects in an AGILE setting
